GlossWorks is a Regina-based concrete polishing and coating company, serving Regina and surrounding communities in Saskatchewan& Alberta.

## 2. What we collect
Through our Facebook Lead Forms, we receive: your name, email address, phone number, postal code, garage size, current floor type (Regina form only), and project timeline.
Through our website, we use Meta Pixel and standard analytics cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site.
## 3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to:
– Contact you about your floor inquiry
– Send a one-time SMS from 639-739-8036 with a booking link (Regina) or our online estimator link (outside Regina)
– Provide a quote and schedule a measure if you respond
– Improve our advertising via aggregated, non-identifying analytics through Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate: DoAllFloors (booking platform), Jotform (online estimator), Twilio (SMS), and Meta (advertising analytics).
## 4. SMS consent
By submitting a lead form, you consent to receive an initial SMS from GlossWorks confirming your request, plus up to two follow-up messages within 7 days if we have not heard back. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Standard messaging rates apply.
## 5. Retention
Lead data is retained for 24 months for follow-up and warranty purposes, then deleted — unless you become a customer, in which case it is retained per Saskatchewan record-keeping requirements.
## 6. Your rights under PIPEDA
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing michael@glossworksonline.com. We will respond within 30 days.
## 7. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can opt out of personalized ads through your browser settings or through Meta’s ad preferences page.
## 8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
